Ristrutturazione appartamento in Catania – Refurbishment of an apartment in Catania

Il progetto si basa sulla ristrutturazione di un appartamento di circa 90 metri quadrati nel centro di Catania – The project is about the refurbishment of a 90 squared meters flat in Catania.

Eliminando un tramezzo tra due stanze si è creato un open space tra il soggiorno e la zona pranzo – First of all, we realised an open space between the living room and the dining area by demolishing the existing dividing wall

Nella camera da letto si è deciso di creare una parete in muratura così da nascondere un muro perimetrale inclinato e formare una cabina armadio – In the bedroom the aim was to create a regular shaped room by hiding a tilted perimeter wall with a dividing one. The result was the design of a large walk-in closet

Per quanto riguarda il bagno, invece, sono stati adottati degli accorgimenti in modo da rendere la spazialità interna più vivibile – The bathroom was designed in order to enhance the comfort, according to the client’s needs and taste
